PHENOM engages in grassroots organizing, policy analysis, education and advocacy in leading the fight for affordable, well-funded, high quality public higher education in Massachusetts. PHENOM is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and depends on individual and institutional contributions. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.

 You can view a copy of PHENOM’s Form 990 (Schedule A, Schedule B) filed with the IRS for our Fiscal Year 2010 (July 1, 2009 – June 30, 2010). Form 990 for Fiscal Year 2011 will be available shortly.
